What if I'm not home during the clean?
No problem. Most clients aren't. Just leave instructions for entry (lockbox, garage code, or hidden key) in the notes field above. Our team is background-checked and we'll text you when we arrive and when we leave.
What if my place is really dirty? I'm embarrassed.
Don't be. That's literally why you're hiring us. We've cleaned homes that hadn't been touched in over a year. Zero judgment. For first-time cleans on a really dirty home, just select Deep Clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. We bring all cleaning products, microfiber cloths, mops, and a HEPA vacuum. If you have a specific product preference (allergies, scent sensitivities), just note it in the form.
What about my pets?
We love them. Just mention them in the notes so we know what to expect (gates, doors to keep closed, friendly or shy). Our team is pet-friendly and used to working around them.
